Vive Unique Apartment Red Lion Square has 2 spacious double rooms with period features, including original fireplaces and sash windows. The open-plan living room and dining room has a TV, DVD player and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and distinctive blue mosaic tile.

歷時8年的蘇花公路改善工程將在108年底全線通車，為因應農曆年前大量車潮，蘇花改蘇澳至東澳段預計107年2月15日也就是農曆年前將先行通車，預計將可省下20至30分鐘的車程。
立法委員陳歐珀今(28)日邀集公路總局副局長許鉦漳至宜蘭視察工程進度。許鉦漳表示，蘇花改分為三段，蘇澳東澳段、南澳和平段、和中大清水段，計畫經費約528億元，改善長度為38.8公里，其中平面道路5.8公里，8座隧道總長度24.5公里，橋梁8.5公里。全線預計108年底通車，而蘇澳至東澳段的工程將於11月底完工，預計農曆年前(2月15日)前通車，原15公里的路程將縮短為9.7公里，速限為60公里，預計可省下20至30分鐘的車程。
許鉦漳指出，通車將分為三階段，小客車、大客車、大貨車，第一階段先開放小客車通行，實施3至6月經評估後再研擬是否開放下一階段，未來大貨車的通行將先進入地磅站，因防災系統考量兩大貨車不得串連，將透過雜道儀控來進行車輛間距掌控。
陳歐珀表示，蘇花公路的改善，東部鄉親期盼已久，蘇花改有全國第二長的隧道工程，其中也因為一些因素導致工程進度延宕，過程雖然艱辛，但現在第一階段即將通車，相關單位的辛勞我們看見了。
陳歐珀指出，蘇澳隧道、白米景觀橋已於7月完工，打通蘇花改蘇澳至東澳段的最後一項工程-東澳隧道，也將於11月底前完成。因應蘇花改通車後所面臨的交通課題，交通部與相關單位持續進行多項工程改善計畫，工程人員雖然辛苦，但衷心期盼通車時間不要延誤，可以順利在108年底通車。
至於第一階段的通車時間，陳歐珀則要求公路總局要考量用路人的道路熟悉度，在農曆年前的1周至2周，最好能加速在107年2月1日通車。對此，許鉦章則表示，工程年底完成後會加速最後的工程查驗，盡量朝這方向努力。
